Our consultation services are professional advisory services delivered through in-person site visits, virtual consultations, and written reports. As these are service-based offerings rather than physical products, our return policy is structured around cancellations and satisfaction guarantees.
Cancellations Made 48+ Hours in Advance
If you need to cancel your scheduled consultation at least 48 hours before the appointment time, you will receive a full refund of your payment. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations Made Within 48 Hours
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation time may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and lost scheduling opportunities. The remaining 50% will be refunded to your original payment method.
Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows
Same-day cancellations or failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the full consultation fee. We understand that emergencies occur, and we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for documented emergencies.
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your consultation without penalty if you provide at least 24 hours notice. We will work with you to find a mutually convenient alternative date and time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to availability and potential fees.
If severe weather conditions make it unsafe or impractical to conduct an outdoor site visit, we will contact you to reschedule at no additional charge. You will not be charged a cancellation fee for weather-related rescheduling initiated by either party.

For multi-consultation packages, refunds will be calculated based on the number of consultations completed versus the total package price. If you have used one consultation from a three-consultation package, the refund will be prorated accordingly.
If you have concerns about our services or a refund decision, we encourage you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly. Most concerns can be addressed through open communication.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events, we will work with you to reschedule services or provide appropriate refunds based on the situation.
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your booking of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
